Refund policy

Due to health and hygiene safety standards for intimate apparel (bras, panties, sports bras):

• Panties & Bottom Innerwear: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances once delivered.

• Bras & Outer Lingerie: Eligible for exchange or return only if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an incorrect size/item was delivered by us.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange (Defective or Wrong Items)

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all original tags and hygiene seals intact.

• An unboxing video or photos showing the defect/wrong item must be emailed to mnmcollective1@gmail.com.

Refund Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
